ARKIELLO (“we”, “us”) is a digital and creative studio based in the Philippines. This policy explains what personal information this website collects and how we use it.

What we collect

We only collect what you choose to send us. When you use our contact form or email us, we receive your name, business name, email address, website (if given), country, the service you’re interested in and your message.

How we use it

Only to reply to your inquiry and, if we work together, to plan and deliver your project. We don’t sell, rent or share your information for marketing.

Services that process your information

Contact form submissions are delivered to our inbox by FormSubmit, an email forwarding service. This website is served by Cloudflare. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads.

Cookies and analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views and understand which pages are useful. It does not use cookies, does not track you across websites and does not identify individual visitors. This website does not use advertising cookies. If that changes, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where required.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry emails for as long as needed to respond and, for clients, for the duration of our working relationship and any period required by law.

Your rights

Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 and similar laws where you live, you can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Email romeosalanga@gmail.com and we will respond promptly.
